Total Quality Logistics has promoted Kerry Byrne to president. Ken Oaks, who founded the 17-year-old truckload logistics firm, was previously president and CEO of the company. Oaks will remain CEO of the firm. Byrne joined TQL in 2005 and has served as executive vice president for the past decade. TQL is the second-largest freight brokerage firm in the nation and is Cincinnati's largest private company. It operates 28 offices in 16 states, including an office in Tampa at Knights Point....
