With new tenant, downtown tower is now about 60 percent occupied

Cincinnati-based Total Quality Logistics LLC celebrated its move to Meidinger Tower, near the corner of Fourth Street and Muhammad Ali Boulevard, this afternoon.Kentucky Gov. Steve Beshear, Louisville Mayor Greg Fischer, a pair of big gold scissors and a blue ribbon were there to make the relocation official. The company previously was located at Jefferson Centre, near the corner of First and Jefferson streets.
