On February 23, 2016 the Company filed its Sarbanes-Oxley Section 302 Certifications as exhibits to the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the period ended December 31, 2015. Upon written request of any shareholder, the Company will furnish without charge a copy of the Company’s 2015 Annual Report on Form 10-K, as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission, including the financial statements and schedules thereto. The written request should be sent to David F. Marano, Secretary of the Company, at the Company’s executive offices, 3200 Industrial Park Road, Van Buren, Arkansas 72956. The written request must state that as of March 9, 2016, the person making the request was a beneficial owner of shares of the common stock of the Company.
