At the end of 2018, GEFCO UK were approached by four T1 suppliers on behalf of a large OEM client for the production of their new light commercial vehicle. Working within a 6-month time scale a solution was required which would streamline the storage, sub-assembly and sequencing of parts including line feed to the assembly line.
