Fully automated picking robots by TGW Robotics

The robots pick different base plates, sort them to build pack of ten and stack them onto centring jigs. Finally they are palletized and separated by automated inserted slip sheets. The innovative gripper technology by TGW allows switches from one gripper to another by turning the head (e.g. single to stack gripper) without switching the whole tool.
