Prologis has signed two lease agreements for around 26,400 sqm of existing space in Hanover (Germany). One contract is with the electrical retail group Expert, which will start operations in a 16,500 sqm facility in Prologis Park Hanover-Langenhagen on 1 January 2018. Prologis is to acquire US logistics property company DCT in a deal worth £8.4 billion.
DCT has interests in some 73.7 million square feet of properties leased to approximately 840 customers.
