Expert moves to Prologis logistics park

Prologis has signed two lease agreements for around 26,400 sqm of existing space in Hanover (Germany). One contract is with the electrical retail group Expert, which will start operations in a 16,500 sqm facility in Prologis Park Hanover-Langenhagen on 1 January 2018. The second agreement is with a food retailer which has been using a 9,900 sqm logistics property since September. Prologis will manage the properties for both clients. The well-insulated logistics platforms score well in terms of technical quality and energy consumption as Prologis has installed special insulated doors to prevent thermal bridges, and eco-friendly tube heaters. The property company will also install LED lighting for the new tenants.
