Talks between GE Transportation, union fail to reach deal

Talks between GE Transportation and a union have failed to reach agreement on reducing the number of jobs the company plans to cut at its locomotive plant in in northwestern Pennsylvania. GE Transportation says it will transfer up to 190 jobs to other facilities and Erie-area companies.
