ShipX, a major tech-enabled e-commerce transportation delivery service provider, has expanded its service portfolio by acquiring Princeton Logistics and its subsidiary, TriStar Carriers. Because of this addition, ShipX will be able to provide first and middle mile transportation services to e-commerce customers who require specialist trucking choices and help reinforce their door-to-door parcel delivery services across North America.
