SEKO Logistics Collaborates with PayPal’s Happy Returns

On February 13, 2023, one of the leading global end-to-end logistics providers, SEKO Logistics, collaborated with PayPal's Happy Returns. This collaboration will allow SEKO Logistics' shoppers to utilize Happy Returns' hassle-free, in-person Return Bars.

Happy Returns, with a nationwide network of Return Bars, provides shoppers with a convenient solution for returning online purchases. With 5,000+ Return Bar locations, the company offers consumers the easiest ways to return items to a growing list of over 500 top brands, now including SEKO clients. In addition, in-person returns through Return Bars are helpful for merchants, consumers, and the environment.

As mentioned in the Happy Returns White Paper from 2020, compared to mail-in returns, this method can save shops up to 40%. When customers use Return Bar, their returns are grouped with those of other retailers before being shipped. This results in substantial shipping cost savings. Customers will be overjoyed if they are able to get instantaneous approval for exchanges, store credits, or refunds at a return bar. Using Happy Returns reduces the time spent on returns and exchanges, allowing customer service representatives to focus on other issues. SEKO OmniReturns simplifies returns through its online portal. Shoppers select "Drop-off In-Person" to return at any of Happy Returns' 5,000 Return Bars locations. Store credits, refunds, and exchanges are approved immediately. Items are sorted, bulk-boxed, and returned to a SEKO Hub.
