Schneider Acquired Deboer Transportation, a Wisconsin-based Carrier

Schneider, a leading multimodal transportation, intermodal, and logistics services provider, said  that it has acquired deBoer Transportation, a Wisconsin-based carrier. The company is intended to be quickly integrated into Schneider's existing businesses, with drivers and equipment deployed to support growth potential in Dedicated and Power Only operations, in line with Schneider's strategy.

Blenker, Wisconsin-based deBoer Transportation is a regional and dedicated carrier. Schneider will take ownership of around 160 tractors and 660 trailers as part of the deal. The deal excludes deBoer's factory in Blenker, Wisconsin, and its maintenance shop in Dallas, Texas.
