A report recently issued by San Francisco-based real estate investment trust organization Prologis brought a profound plunge into how "automation has the power to revolutionize logistics operations.
The report, named "Automation and Logistics Real Estate #1: The State of Automation in Supply Chains," featured three patterns that the firm said will prompt to higher levels of automation in Prologis’s facilities.
The patterns refered to in the report included: the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic prompting more prominent non-appearance and further focusing on work accessibility; technology proceeding to improve, extend capacities and decrease expenses; and work concentrated activities, eminently online business, developing rapidly.
