450,000sq ft warehouse development in Dartford underway

A 114-acre M25 site at Dartford is to see a 450,000sq ft warehouse development as the first phase gets underway. Tritax Big Box has secured planning permission for a 28-acre slice of the site at Littlebrook, Dartford, within the M25, which was acquired in July 2017. Tritax says that the marketing campaign, which formally commenced recently, has already attracted a healthy level of inquiries and the Phase 1 planning consent is expected to heighten interest further.
