What OOCL found was that even though its volumes rose solidly on the trans-Pacific and remained flat on Asia-Europe, revenue fell sharply. In the third quarter, the Hong Kong-listed line’s trans-Pacific volumes were up 14 percent while revenue fell 16 percent year-over-year.
