They also need not ask a sales associate to check in the back for the right size/color/quantity of the good or wait in long register lines to buy that new item. The age of eCommerce has continued to replace storefronts with customized web pages, virtual racks with seemingly indefinitely deep search results, and register lines with digital shopping carts, where the wheels never wobble.
