Maersk is acquiring Performance Team, a U.S.-based warehousing and distribution company, in a $545 million deal, according to a press release on Wednesday. Waymo is expanding the testing of its autonomous long-haul trucks to Texas and New Mexico where it will drive along I-10, I-20 and I-45, the company announced this week.
