Accelerating Supply Chain Digital Transformation and Sustainability

Accelerating_Supply_Chain
As we return to a new normal, supply chain innovation is accelerating at an unprecedented rate.  We have experienced more transformation in supply chain operations over the last year than in the past decade.  Ecommerce, omnichannel, and last mile delivery volumes exploded; dark stores and micro-fulfilment automation emerged from the shadows; borders closed and tariffs spiked; upstream suppliers went out of business; radical fluctuations in demand occurred, both up and down depending on the product; container shortages impacted global routes; and warehouse and transportation operations found it difficult to find and retain workers.
