SWVL EXPANDS INTO CENTRAL EUROPE VIA ACQUISITION OF MASS TRANSIT SAAS PLATFORM DOOR2DOOR

Swvl Inc. The closing of the door2door transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to be completed in Q2 2022.
