nShift, the global leader in package delivery management, has partnered with pinDeliver, a cloud-based delivery platform, to provide a plug-and-play service for transportation planning to its customers. The new partnership makes it easier for fleet owners to optimize the final mile and improve customer communication. Route optimization, package scanning, driver support, and improved customer experience are all included.
The companies have collaborated to develop two new general transportation services aimed at streamlining and digitizing the entire delivery process. Both pinDeliver Delivery and pinDeliver Click & Collect support shipping documents and have full pinDeliver integration. The shipping status of both services is regularly sent to nShift and shown in the company's My Parcels app for tracking packages.
By using these new solutions, customers will now have real-time information about what is happening across their entire delivery process, including both partner carriers and their own fleet. They will be able to design routes more efficiently and maximize last-mile deliveries as a result of this. They can also compare their fleet's performance to that of partner carriers.
Many businesses and e-commerce platforms integrate with nShift's Delivery service, allowing transport assignments to be delivered swiftly and efficiently to pinDeliver for further processing. nShift has a large network of partners who can help companies whose systems aren't already integrated with nShift Delivery by giving them plug-and-play modules for quick integration.
