Labrie takes top job at MNX Global Logistics

California-based MNX Global Logistics has named John Labrie as president and chief executive, taking over from Paul Martins who becomes chairman of the MNX board of advisors.Labrie was previously chief executive of Network Global Logistics, whose express division was acquired by MNX in 2018. Labrie has also held various senior leadership positions at Echo Global Logistics and Con-way, since acquired by XPO Logistics.David Wong, managing director at Audax Private Equity, which acquired MNX in July 2018, thanked Martins – MNX chief executive since 2014 – for expanding the company organically into new markets, and globally through acquisitions.
