CoEnterprise | May 25, 2021
CoEnterprise, an enterprise software and services provider that solves data challenges in real-time, announced today the addition of new supply chain reporting and analytics functionality to its flagship SaaS solution, Syncrofy. The new features allow customers and suppliers to quickly identify and resolve shipping, invoice, and order discrepancies before they harm the business.
“Short-shipped orders are a source of frustration for all. Suppliers are fined and risk losing potential business if they refuse to deliver. Buyers are unable to meet customer demand due to a lack of inventory. And operational teams spend a lot of time and money looking at orders, invoices, and payments to figure out what went wrong,” said Mahesh Nandyala, CoEnterprise's chief product officer. “Our most recent release solves this issue by allowing all parties to easily identify and solve shipment and order inconsistencies in real-time.”
The Syncrofy platform automatically aggregates and cross-references data from various ERPs, warehouse planning systems, payment platforms, and other sources to provide users with a unified view of what's going on around the supply chain. The platform, which is powered by real-time analytics, enables customers to improve efficiency by providing:
• Data-based evidence and insight to avoid chargebacks and simplify dispute resolution. Suppliers will proactively make operational adjustments in real-time to avoid penalties, and quickly and conveniently pull evidence from previous shipments to contest fines and chargebacks as necessary.
• Instant Short-shipment visibility. Buyers can see when they are going to be short-shipped and proactively reorder or find a new source of supply before it affects inventory levels and sales.
• Reconciliation of invoices, orders, payments, and shipments is done automatically. Buyers ensure that they only pay for what they order and get, and suppliers ensure that they are paying only what they ship.
• Order, shipment, and payment clarity at the line level. The platform automatically parses data and compares values line by line, saving everyone time and money.
• Digitized Collaboration between buyer and supplier. Supply chain collaboration, efficiency, and performance enhancements as key data are digitized and easily accessible.
“With real-time visibility, data, and collaboration, we are breaking down barriers across the supply chain,” said Nandyala. “The most recent enhancements come at a time when many businesses are facing capacity constraints and are trying to handle supply and demand issues.”
Syncrofy intends to expand its features by using Industry 4.0 technologies to detect anomalies in dashboards based on regions and specific documents, create rules that can be triggered automatically, set up internal monitoring that can monitor inbound document flow, perform partner identification, and more.
