Occupier take-up in H1 2017 was 35% down on the second half of 2016, following a record year of take-up last year but still 2% higher than the half year average over the past 10 years. Manufacturers were the most active source of take-up in the first half of this year, at 35% of the total, but retailers were comparatively subdued with a 23% market share.
