Major XPO Logistics Shareholder Reduces Stake

One of XPO Logistics Inc.’s largest shareholders has sharply reduced its stake in the company.The Public Sector Pension Investment Board, which invests the pensions of Canadian government workers, said in a securities filing Friday that it had sold 4 million shares of XPO at a price of $26.20.
