GE showcased Mining Solutions and Digital Mine at industry events, the 2016 China Mining Technology & Equipment Development Forum in Beijing and 2016 Coal & Metals Mongolia in Ulaanbaatar, during May.Edmond Lai, general manager of GE Mining China and Mongolia, made speeches at both events to introduce Mining Solutions across the mining value chain including extraction, mine electrification, water infrastructure and Digital Mine. The audience showed great interest in the total solutions, especially Digital Mine, which benefits mining customers in a significant way through asset monitoring, process monitoring and safety enhancement.
