Before I started my customer service apprenticeship, I was on an engineering course but there was a lack of help and contact with tutors. I began to feel like I wasn’t achieving as much as I wanted to. With that in mind, alongside my determination to progress, I decided it was time for a change of direction and was soon accepted by Premier Logistics as a customer service apprentice.The building was a total wow-factor as soon as I entered for my interview. The reception was so bright and modern, it really had a warm and welcoming feel to it. Everybody was really friendly and I knew I was going to love it straight away!
